Dov Yelin // Co- CEO

CPA and business administration graduate (MBA) of Tel-Aviv University, Dov Yelin brings over 30 years of experience in the Israeli financial and securities market, establishing himself as one of the most esteemed asset managers in Israel.

In 1991, he assumed the roles of founding partner and executive officer at DS Securities and Investment Ltd. Throughout his tenure at DS, Mr. Yelin played a pivotal role in driving the remarkable success of the firm's long-term funds.
Under his leadership, DS's funds exhibited significant overperformance compared to other financial institutions operating within the same sectors.

Yair Lapidot // Co- CEO

Yair Lapidot, a graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, later pursued an MBA in Economics and Business. In addition to his academic achievements, he holds a bachelor's degree in law. As a licensed CPA, Yair Lapidot has become recognized as a prominent figure in the fields of economics, and business administration, positioning him as a leading analyst in the country.

Among his notable achievements is the authorship of the book "Corporate Value Analysis", which has seen four editions. He has also served as a university professor and held a 13-year tenure as the CEO of Bank Leumi's National Consultants Ltd.
Under Mr. Lapidot's leadership, National Consultants emerged as a prominent player in the Israeli financial analysis market, providing consulting services to Bank Leumi and other leading financial institutions.

About the Firm

Established in 2004 by CPAs Dov Yelin and Yair Lapidot, the Yelin Lapidot Investment House specializes exclusively in managing investments through mutual funds, provident funds, and managed investment portfolios, boasting a total value of approximately 120 billion NIS. The firm does not partake in underwriting or brokerage activities.

Yelin Lapidot's investment management services are carried out by a diverse team of investment managers and analysts, all under the direct supervision and management of Dov Yelin and Yair Lapidot.

Our investment management approach follows a fundamentalist analysis methodology, involving thorough research into the macroeconomic conditions and capital markets, focusing on individual companies and industries. The economic department at Yelin Lapidot conducts analysis and valuation for each company before considering any potential investment in shares or debentures, placing particular emphasis on regular meetings with the company's management. An internal rating is assigned to each share or debenture, with official scores provided by rating agencies serving as additional indicators. All analysis conducted at Yelin Lapidot is strictly utilized for internal purposes ("buy side").
